Appetite is a food channel built around one idea: when a dish on screen makes you hungry, the recipe should be one click away. Every episode we make — barbecue with Nico Reynolds, restaurant technique with Mark Moriarty, fast family food with Donal Skehan and modern Asian cooking with Eva Pau — gets written up here, tested against what was actually cooked on the show, and published free.
The recipes come straight from the kitchens that made the shows — the chefs' own ingredient lists and methods, not transcriptions or guesses. Where we publish nutrition figures, they're either the show's official numbers or clearly-labelled estimates calculated from the ingredients.
